Competence Analysis and Development Tool (CADT®) is a really unique method for the measurement of competence and competence development.

The new thing about this is that we, with support of CADT®, not only gain a view on the competences and developmental aspects, but also on the competences which are used as adjusted behavior. Therefore we do not only use texts (cognitive) but also images (experience). The combination of these two methods is new and provides information about the real competences of the participant.
